 Do you have an area you need some help planning?  Its always easier to lay all of the elements out before you buy anything, and gives you an idea of the flow and feel of the space.  Work with us to plan this out.  We can do everything from taking site measurements to creating drawings to reflect the conditions, on projects big and small.  A plan will give you a sanity checkpoint that helps save time and money.   

Everybody loves a bathroom remodel, or do they?  Bathrooms can be really tricky to layout and specify for.  We can help bring your bathroom transformation to life through a detailed design package that lays out all of the fixtures, finishes, and everything else needed to make your new bathroom complete.  These drawings can be used to get pricing from a GC to get a budget in hand and the project in motion.

 We all know the kitchen is the heart of the home, but we've decided its actually the soul.  We love to help our clients improve these important gathering spaces, and we love to eat ourselves so there's a vested interest in ensuring that others are able to do so with a space that helps to make that happen.  We can create floor plans, detailed cabinet drawings, elevations, finish palettes, and 3D models to help communicate the vibe.

 Trying to sort out what the Building Department will and won't allow can sometimes be tricky.  We can help by acting as a ally for our clients, and working with the city staff who will (or won't) approve the permit to allow the project to happen.  We take the dimensions at the site, draft the permit package with the known city requirements, get the package submitted into the city for review, and see the permit through to completion.  We have several years experience with permits and construction documents. 

 Trying to create a site plan can be daunting, especially if the terrain makes it difficult to measure.  We use a blend of technology and onsite dimensions to prepare site plans large and small.  Whether you need it for planning purposes, or for real estate purposes, a site plan can be an excelling reference tool to help you asses and plan on your property.   

 Utilizing technology to envision design concepts, we use digital models to look at our spaces and our designs.  From a piece of custom furniture to an entire house, we have the capability to let you create what you want to create.  These models can be helpful in budgeting and estimating as well, and tell a lot more of the story than floor plans.  Work with us to build your dreams in the digital world and make your creation come to life.
